Capacity Building & Impact Evaluation is designed for community-based groups that are doing powerful work but need stronger infrastructure and clearer data. On the capacity side, I provide training and coaching that helps you clarify roles, strengthen basic systems, and build skills in areas like governance, fundraising, and program management.
